1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SchoolCalendarApp ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms of Service are provided by Integrated Technology Solutions, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Service Description

SchoolCalendarApp provides academic calendar planning and management tools for educational organizations. The Service allows organizations to create, manage, and share academic calendars with various stakeholders.

3. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Integrated Technology Solutions, LLC's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Integrated Technology Solutions, LLC in the six (6) months immediately preceding the date the claim arose.

In no event shall Integrated Technology Solutions, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
Any content obtained from the Service; or
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

4. Subscription and Renewal

4.1 Subscription Terms

Your subscription to the Service will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you provide written notice of cancellation.

4.2 Cancellation Requirements

NOTICE REQUIRED: To cancel your subscription and prevent automatic renewal, you must provide written notice to Integrated Technology Solutions, LLC at least ninety (90) days prior to your subscription renewal date.

Cancellation notices sent with less than 90 days' notice will result in your subscription being renewed for an additional term, and you will be responsible for payment of the renewal period.

4.3 Refund Policy

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current subscription period.

5. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account;
Maintain the security of your password and account;
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account;
Not share your account credentials with others.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations;
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others;
Transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems;
Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers;
Use the Service for any commercial purpose not authorized by Integrated Technology Solutions, LLC.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Integrated Technology Solutions, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
